  • Project coordination, including identifying, engaging and managing consultants;
  • Preparation and lodgedment of the development application;
  • Management of the application process;
  • Responding to information requests, including coordinated responses;
  • Undertake and manage the public notification period, including any community consultation;
  • Reviewing the conditions of approval and negotiating as required;
  • Changes to existing approvals; and
  • Demonstrating compliance with conditions of approval.
