Our People

UPRS’ Managing Director/Principal Planner, Nicole Birch, has over 15 years' experience in both the public and private sectors where her expertise lies in town planning, approvals, legislation, compliance and governance, project management, and consultation and negotiation.  Nicole is proactive, works well under pressure, understands the importance of achieving her client’s objectives, is passionate about her work, and is always ready and able to take on new challenges.

Service Locations

UPRS are experts in planning policy, process and legislation, who have (and still do) work on projects located throughout Queensland .  We provide face-to-face consults for our clients located in South-East Queensland, and for those clients located outside of this area a small fee may apply to cover travel expenses.
