We have over 15 years’ experience in a variety of project sectors, including residential, industrial, retail, commercial, mining and resources, education and major infrastructure; however, our passion is inner city urban development.
Reno-Demo-New Build
We work with you in designing your house to ensure the applicable planning provisions and laws are complied with. Heritage and character dwellings have strict requirements on what works can and cannot be undertaken. UPRS will provide you with the advice and guidance required to ensure your renovation, demolition and/or new build go as smoothly as possible.
Subdivision
UPRS has extensive experience in delivering subdivision projects, and we pride ourselves on providing value you for money. We provide services from end-to-end project delivery - from concept and design through to condition compliance, plan sealing and title registration. Additionally, we specialise in the creation and extinguishment of easements, leases, covenants, caveats, road access restriction strips, road closures and openings, and all matters relating to land tenure.
